About the Adaptability Assessment

  • The assessment measures three key areas: Ability (skills like grit, mental flexibility, resilience), Character (natural preferences for responding to change), and Environment (workplace culture and support that help you adapt).

  • The individual program runs 3 months with 60-90 minute bi-weekly advising sessions. The team program runs from 1-2 months to 6+ months depending on the optional add on coaching. We combine coaching with targeted skill development focused on real-time application and problem-solving.

  • The assessment can be done individually and for teams. The only variation is the structure of the debrief sessions for the teams, which includes an additional group debrief workshop on top of individual debrief sessions. Optional 1:1 coaching add ons are available as well.

About Remote Team Consulting

  • We use a Content ↔ Activities loop. You'll never hear us talk for more than 5-10 minutes before you're experimenting with concepts. Our programs are custom-designed around your specific challenges and integrate with your existing leadership development rather than competing with it.
