All offerings leverage the powerful but quick AQai® Assessment to measure each individual’s adaptability across three key areas:

Character: Their natural preferences for how they respond to change (Emotional range, Hope, Thinking Style, Motivation Style, Extraversion)

Individual Assessments & Coaching
Leadership Assessment & Analysis: Your leader takes the AQai Assessment to measure their adaptability across the three key areas.
Analysis & Debrief Session: Conduct a comprehensive debrief session to help them understand exactly what factors are contributing to their adaptability challenges and what their biggest opportunities are for improvement.
6-Month Advising and Coaching Sessions: 90-minute bi-weekly advising sessions that combine coaching and targeted skill development to support your leaders as they work to improve in identified opportunity areas. This support focuses on real-time application, problem-solving, skill practice, and planning to help them make meaningful progress toward improving their leadership adaptability. At the end we redo the assessment to determine progress in your adaptability score.
Team Assessments & Advising
Team Assessment & Analysis: Each member of your team takes the AQai Assessment to measure their individual traits in ability and character and to gather a holistic picture of the adaptability environment within your company and team.
Individual Debrief Sessions: Conduct a comprehensive debrief session with the leader of the team and each individual to help them understand exactly what factors are contributing to their adaptability challenges and what their biggest opportunities are for improvement.
Group Debrief Session: Facilitate a group debrief for the full team to explore the aggregated data for the team. Sessions include exploration into group strengths, areas for improvements, and culminate in identifying specific opportunities to experiment with improvements to increase the adaptability of the team.
(optional) 6-Month Advising and Coaching Sessions: Optional addition of 60-90-minute bi-weekly advising sessions that combine coaching and targeted skill development to support your people as they work to improve in identified opportunity areas. This support focuses on real-time application, problem-solving, skill practice, and planning to help them make meaningful progress toward improving their leadership adaptability.
